Returns
At ARCANE, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please make sure it meets all of the following requirements:
- Items must be unworn and unused.
- Items must be clean and free from stains, marks, odours, or damage.
- Items must be returned with their original tags and packaging, where applicable.
- Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned after the 5-day return window may not be accepted.
How to Return an Item
To request a return, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and reason for the return. Once your return has been approved, you will receive instructions on where and how to send the item back.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are packaged securely. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped after payment has been confirmed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier service being used.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. ARCANE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
